Rare Luke Adams Vintage Game Jug. Here is a Luke Adams game jug 24cm tall. The same jug is pictured in Gail Henry’s NZ Pottery book. Unmarked but marked examples are known.  Oatmeal glaze to the interior and unglazed exterior. The hounds head has been off and reglued at some stage to the piece so is not perfect. Made early Sydenham pottery circa 1890 – 1930. Displays brilliantly.
